Ivory Wellness Center is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who deliver compassionate daily care to residents in East Norriton, PA. The role features Same Day Pay, a $1,500 Sign-On Bonus, and a supportive team environment that values your contribution and growth.

Shifts include 7AM–3PM with options for Part-Time or Full-Time schedules. New graduates are welcome; immediate openings available for dedicated CNAs.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient CNA with ability to follow care plans.
• Good reading, writing and communication in English.
• Ability to work as part of a care team and follow infection control guidelines.
• Must meet health requirements including TB test and physical.
• High school diploma or GED; NJ CNA certification is required in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care to residents including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• Monitor resident health and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Assist with transporting residents to activities or appointments.
• Document care provided accurately per facility protocols.
• Follow infection control and safety guidelines; collaborate with team.

Key Responsibilities
