Leisure Chateau in Lakewood, NJ is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide daily resident care. Earn competitive hourly pay with same day pay option and a sign-on bonus. Full-time, part-time, or per diem schedules available in a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, mobility support, feeding assistance, and health monitoring. NJ CNA certification and English communication are required, with a strong emphasis on safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification in NJ required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow care plans.

• Provide daily care and assistance to residents (bathing, grooming, mobility).
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• Monitor resident health and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for residents.
• Transport residents to activities or appointments as needed.
• Document care accurately according to facility protocols.
• Follow infection control and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team to provide resident-centered care.

Pay Range:

$23.50 - $26.00 Per Hour

Shifts Available:

7AM–3PM | 3PM - 11PM | 11PM - 7AM
