Job summary

Ivory Wellness Center is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who deliver compassionate daily care to residents in East Norriton, PA. The role features Same Day Pay, a $1,500 Sign-On Bonus, and a supportive team environment that values your contribution and growth.

Shifts include 7AM–3PM with options for Part-Time or Full-Time schedules. New graduates are welcome; immediate openings available for dedicated CNAs.

Qualifications

Compassionate, patient CNA with ability to follow care plans.
Good reading, writing and communication in English.
Ability to work as part of a care team and follow infection control guidelines.
Must meet health requirements including TB test and physical.
High school diploma or GED; NJ CNA certification is required in the posting.

Responsibilities

Provide daily care to residents including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
Monitor resident health and report changes to nursing staff.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
Assist with transporting residents to activities or appointments.
Document care provided accurately per facility protocols.
Follow infection control and safety guidelines; collaborate with team.
