Job summary

Lakeshore Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation, part of the Volare Health family, seeks compassionate CNAs to join our team in Slidell, LA. Earn competitive pay with 8-hour shifts, 4 on/2 off, and a supportive onboarding process.

New graduates are encouraged to apply. You will work closely with nurses and the clinical team to maintain residents' dignity and independence while delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current Louisiana CNA certification in good standing.
• Ability to maintain certification throughout employment.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and oral hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and record vital signs.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition.
• Maintain clean, comfortable resident rooms.
• Provide compassionate care and emotional support.
• Follow care plans and facility policies.
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play an important role in helping residents maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.
