Lighthouse Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is hiring CNAs in a 123-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility in Massachusetts. Positions include full-time and part-time opportunities with daily pay and a $3,000 sign-on bonus for FT.

Compensation ranges from $17.50 to $23 per hour, all inclusive, with shift differentials and comprehensive benefits. As a CNA, you will support licensed nurses, assist with activities of daily living, monitor resident conditions, and help maintain a clean,

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
