Job summary

Lakeshore Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation, part of Volare Health, is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our growing team in Slidell, LA. We offer full-time opportunities with convenient 8-hour shifts and a 4 on / 2 off rotation, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus for full-time hires and a streamlined onboarding process.

As a CNA, you will assist residents with ADLs, provide personal care, monitor vital signs, and support the clinical team to maintain dignity and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current Louisiana Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Providing personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and oral hygiene.
• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitoring and recording vital signs.
• Observing and reporting changes in resident condition.
• Ensuring resident rooms remain clean, organized, and comfortable.
• Providing compassionate care and emotional support to residents.
• Following resident care plans and facility policies.
• Working collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
