Holston Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Kingsport, TN seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team. Immediate hire with day or night shifts; full-time or part-time positions available.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, monitoring conditions, recording vital signs, and supporting the nursing staff. We offer competitive pay ($18-$20/hr) and a benefits package to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee CNA certification.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Provide direct care to residents including ADLs.
• Support nursing team by monitoring and reporting changes in resident conditions.
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and input/output as directed.
• Ensure residents’ comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Participate in care planning and implementation under licensed staff.
