Job summary

Wabasso Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is seeking compassionate Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in providing high-quality care to residents. We offer the chance to obtain CNA certification in Minnesota with facility-paid training for those not yet certified.

The role focuses on daily living support, vital signs, and companionship, with a strong emphasis on dignity, safety, and comfort for our residents. Flexible scheduling and career growth opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, meals).

• Communicate resident needs and changes to the nursing team.
• Ensure residents’ dignity, safety, and comfort at all times.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Current CNA certification in Minnesota OR ability to obtain CNA certification within 4 months
