Aura Care Group is seeking compassionate Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team in Minnesota. You will support residents with daily activities, monitor health data, and provide companionship in a warm, respectful environment.

We value dependability, clear communication, and teamwork. Training and certification support is available, and flexible scheduling can accommodate days, evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Minnesota OR ability to obtain CNA certification within 4 months
• Facility-paid CNA class and training available for those not yet certified
• Compassion for seniors and those needing skilled care
• Dependability, strong communication skills, and a team-first attitude
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, or holidays as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, meals)
