Citrus Post-Acute in Santa Ana, CA is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our 144-bed Skilled Nursing Facility. You will support residents with daily living activities and nursing care per the care plan, under supervision.

Pay Range:
$21-25/hour Depending on Experience
Position Overview:
As a CNA, you will support your assigned residents with routine daily activities and nursing care services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by the supervisors.
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding
Take and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respirations)
Help with mobility and safe transfers using gait belts, Hoyer lifts, and other devices
Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment
Observe and promptly report any changes in a resident’s physical or emotional condition
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members as needed
Accurately document care and observations according to facility policy and regulations
Qualifications:
Highschool diploma or GED
Active CNA Certificate in CA
BLS/CPR
