Job summary

Citrus Post-Acute in Santa Ana, CA is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our 144-bed Skilled Nursing Facility. You will support residents with daily living activities and nursing care per the care plan, under supervision.

We offer full-time roles on a 4 on 2 off schedule, with ample opportunity to grow within a supportive team. We provide medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), paid vacation and sick leave, life and AD&D insurance, and hospitalization options.

Qualifications

• CA CNA certification required.
• Experience with ADLs and nursing care tasks preferred.
• Ability to take vital signs and monitor residents.
• Maintain accurate care documentation per policy and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding.
• Take and record vital signs including BP, temp, pulse, respirations.
• Support mobility and safe transfers using gait belts and lifts.
• Collaborate with nurses and the care team to meet residents’ needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment and document observations.
