Berkshire Rehab in Sandisfield, MA is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our caring team at Berkshire Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center. You will provide routine nursing care, assist with ADLs, and support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being in an all-male facility.

We offer hourly pay from $25 to $30 with shift differentials, weekly pay, and shifts 7a-3p or 11p-7a.

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered CNA license in Massachusetts (or in the process of obtaining one).
• New graduates welcome.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to residents, including personal care, hygiene, and mobility assistance.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Participate in planning and following individualized care plans.
• Document resident care accurately and completely.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Berkshire Rehab, an award-winning skilled nursing facility!

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dynamic care team at Berkshire Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center in Sandisfield, an all-male facility. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

$25 to $30 an hour, including shift differentials. Weekly pay. 7a-3p and 11p-7a shifts available, weekdays and weekends, have shift differentials.
