Base pay range

$14.00/hr - $19.00/hr

• Sign on Bonus $3000

Daily Pay Available

1-3 years- $15.00- $17.00, 5 years or more- $17.00-$19.00

San Antonio West Nursing & Rehabilitation is currently searching for talented CNAs to join our team!

Shifts available: 6a-2p, 2p-10p, and 10-6 with a wagon wheel schedule.

The primary purpose of the CNA is to ensure high-quality resident care, support staff, and promote a positive community reputation, aligned with Eduro Healthcare Values: wellness, compassion, customer experience, and results.

CNA responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing patient comfort using available resources and materials.
• Transporting patients.
• Responding to patients' call lights and requests.
• Reporting patient observations to the nursing supervisor and documenting actions.

CNA Requirements:

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing in your state.
• Experience with geriatric patients is a plus.
• Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program.
• Completion of orientation as per company policy.
• Health screening and TB test within two weeks of employment (if required).
• Mandatory drug test within 90 days of hire.
• Criminal background check clearance.
• Compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide evidence of identity and employment eligibility within three days of hire.
