Gentle Partners in Hospice is currently seeking experienced, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team serving patients and families throughout the San Antonio area. What You'll Do:

• Provide personal care and comfort to patients in their homes
• Assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, and daily living activities
• Offer emotional support and a steady, reassuring presence to patients and loved ones
• Work closely with the hospice care team to ensure each patient’s needs are met with dignity and kindness

What We’re Looking For:

• Active CNA license in the state of Texas
• Hospice or home health experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• A calm, compassionate nature and strong sense of responsibility
• The ability to bring comfort through small acts of care and kindness
