Job summary

Trinity Oaks Retirement is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team. You will provide direct resident care, assist with daily living activities, and work closely with the nursing staff to ensure comfort and safety.

The position offers flexible scheduling, including 12-hour shifts, with first and second shifts available. Competitive pay ranges from $16 to $19 per hour, plus shift differentials and benefits such as health insurance for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification is required.
• Commitment to continuing education to maintain certification.
• Physical capacity to meet demands including lifting up to 35 lb and occasionally up to 50 lb.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach repeatedly during shifts.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with residents and team members.

Responsibilities
