Job summary

Twin Oaks Rehab and Nursing is seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Massachusetts. You will provide essential direct patient care under licensed nursing supervision and support residents with daily activities, meals, and hydration.

We value compassionate, collaborative team members who communicate well with residents, families, and coworkers. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available in a friendly, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Must have an active CNA certification and state licensure.
• Demonstrated compassion and ability to provide high-quality patient care.
• Ability to monitor residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of licensed nurses.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting).
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with mealtime, including feeding and hydration.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
