Job summary

Umpqua Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our caring team in Roseburg, OR. We offer flexible schedules including full-time, part-time, and PRN positions.

You will assist residents with daily activities, monitor vital signs, keep rooms clean, and work with the care team to implement individualized plans. Certification in good standing is required.

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant certification in good standing with the State.
• Completion of required State and Federal in-service education (typically 12 hours).
• Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Recent education or clinical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment in residents' rooms.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans.
