Job summary

Umpqua Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, part of the Volare Health family, is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles in Roseburg, Oregon. You’ll assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, keep rooms clean, and work with the care team to follow individualized plans.

State CNA certification is required; in-service hours (12) and recent clinical experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant certification in good standing with the State.
• Completion of required State and Federal in-service education (typically 12 hours).
• Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Recent education or clinical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment in residents' rooms.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans.

Pay Range: $23.45 –$33.42/HR (based on certified experience)
