Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Richland, WA to join our interdisciplinary team. The CNA will provide routine daily nursing care (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting) and assist with activities of daily living in a skilled nursing facility setting.

New grads welcome. Evening and days shifts available with shift differential and a $2,500 sign-on bonus for evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have active CNA licensure in the applicable state.
• CPR certification required or obtained during orientation.
• High school diploma or GED and CNA program completion.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting) as directed.
• Deliver direct patient care following applicable laws and Life Care standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient needs.
• Maintain professional relationships with all associates and vendors.

Wage Range: $21.50-$25.70/hr.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
