In Home Wellcare is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to serve clients across Rhode Island. Flexible schedules with day, evening, night, full-time, or part-time shifts are available to fit your lifestyle while delivering compassionate care.

Applicants must pass a Competency Evaluation prior to hire, have CPR and BLS certification, and provide at least 1 year of CNA experience. High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Remind clients about medications, help open containers, and document side effects under nurse guidance.
• Communicate with the care team to ensure client well‑being.

Compliance Note

As of June 2025, under Medicaid regulation 210-RICR-20-05-1, payment for services provided by immediate family members may be restricted. In Home Wellcare reviews each case to determine eligibility in line with state rules.

• Shift differential: +$0.76 per hour for shifts between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
• Specialty pay: +$1.56 per hour for CNAs with a valid Behavioral Health certificate from CCRI
