Qualifications

Job Summary

HireCare Services is partnering with a leading skilled nursing facility in Warwick, RI to recruit a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

As a CNA, you will provide high-quality, hands‑on care to residents while working alongside a dedicated nursing team in a supportive, resident-centered environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a CNA who takes pride in providing compassionate care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents in accordance with facility policies, care plans, and safe nursing practices

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Assist RNs, LPNs, and other nursing staff with daily duties and resident care

• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the appropriate nursing staff

• Take and record vital signs and other resident information as directed

• Document resident care accurately and in accordance with facility policies and regulations

• Promote residents' comfort, dignity, privacy, and independence

• Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the interdisciplinary care team

• Follow all applicable healthcare regulations, safety procedures, and facility policies
