Job summary

Red Bank Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living activities and meals. You will follow infection control procedures and accurately monitor vital signs and weight data as part of routine care.

The role requires state CNA certification; HS diploma or GED is preferred. Prior caregiving experience helps, but is not required.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required by the state.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in caregiving is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist during meals.
• Follow infection control policies.
• Record heights, weights, temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures as instructed.
• Report changes in residents' condition to supervisor.

Some of your Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with ADLs, and work with the team to ensure appropriate resident care is provided
• Assisting at meals
• Following infection control and center policies
• Measuring and recording heights and weights temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures (TPRs and B/P) as instructed
• Reports all changes in residents’ condition to supervisor as soon as practical

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications:

• CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Certification by the State Required
• High School Diploma or GED Preferred
• Experience preferred, not required
