Adroit Care Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Rahway, New Jersey, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily activities, safety, and comfort. You will work across shifts, document care, and collaborate with nurses to provide holistic support.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Record and report changes in residents’ conditions and care plans to the team.
• Collaborate with nurses and staff to provide holistic, individualized care.

Your Role as a CNA:

You’ll play an essential part in enhancing residents’ comfort, safety, and quality of life by:

• Providing Personalized Care: Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meals while respecting each resident’s dignity.

• Promoting Comfort & Safety: Monitoring residents’ physical and emotional well-being and responding to changes with care and attentiveness.

• Fostering Connections: Building meaningful relationships with residents and families, creating trust and a true sense of belonging.

• Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensuring residents’ rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and sanitary.

• Accurate Documentation: Recording and reporting changes in residents’ conditions and care plans to support effective teamwork.

• Collaborating with the Team: Working alongside nurses and healthcare staff to deliver individualized, holistic care.

• Enhancing Quality of Life: Engaging residents in activities that support physical, emotional, and social well-being.
