Anchor Care and Rehabilitation Center in Hazlet, NJ is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health and safety, document care, and collaborate with nurses to deliver respectful, person-centered care.

Your Role as a CNA:
You’ll play an essential part in enhancing residents’ comfort, safety, and quality of life by:

• Providing Personalized Care: Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meals while respecting each resident’s dignity.

• Promoting Comfort & Safety: Monitoring residents’ physical and emotional well-being and responding to changes with care and attentiveness.

• Fostering Connections: Building meaningful relationships with residents and families, creating trust and a true sense of belonging.

• Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensuring residents’ rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and sanitary.

• Accurate Documentation: Recording and reporting changes in residents’ conditions and care plans to support effective teamwork.

• Collaborating with the Team: Working alongside nurses and healthcare staff to deliver individualized, holistic care.

• Enhancing Quality of Life: Engaging residents in activities that support physical, emotional, and social well-being.
