Three Creeks Post Acute in Pullman, WA is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for day and evening shifts. The role focuses on hands-on care to support residents’ dignity, independence, and quality of life in a homelike setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care that supports each resident's plan of care and helps them maintain or improve their abilities.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, mobility, transferring, and feeding - from light set-up help to more hands-on support.
• Protect residents' rights, dignity, and self-determination, offering choices in their daily routine.
• Observe changes in resident behavior and report them promptly to the nurse.
• Follow facility policies and procedures, including infection control protocols.
• Document resident care and condition accurately in the resident's record.
• Stay in regular communication with the charge nurse throughout your shift.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) | Three Creeks Post Acute | $22–$26/hr

Available Shifts:

• 6 AM - 2 PM
• 2 PM - 10 PM
• NOC - $.75 - $1 shift differential

What You'll Do
