Job summary

Charlotte Bay Rehabilitation and Care Center in Port Charlotte, FL, is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team. You’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care that enhances the daily lives of our residents.

Active Florida CNA license required. Experience in long-term care preferred but not required. We offer competitive pay ($18–$22.50/hour), flexible shifts, medical/dental coverage, PTO and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on daily living assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, meal support).
• Assist residents with transfers and mobility.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment throughout the facility.
• Accurately document care and changes in residents’ conditions.
• Support the nursing team with a warm, respectful, team-focused atmosphere.

Requirements
