Job summary

Rehabilitation Center of Orlando is seeking certified nursing assistants to provide compassionate care in a team-oriented environment at our Orlando, FL location.

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, document care, and collaborate with the healthcare team to implement care plans; prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA license.
• Compassionate, professional, and dedicated to improving residents’ quality of life.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or assisted living preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care: bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal assistance.
• Support safe resident transfers and mobility using proper techniques.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or mental status.
• Maintain clean and safe resident spaces, including linens and hygiene needs.
• Offer companionship and emotional support, fostering a welcoming environment.
• Assist with recreational activities to promote engagement and social interaction.
• Monitor dietary needs and hydration, ensuring nutritional requirements are met.
• Accurately document care activities, incidents, and daily logs.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement personalized care plans.
