A Typical Day

As a CNA, you will be part of each person's journey, helping maintain their quality of life through direct, personalized care, including activities of daily living, range of motion exercises, transfers, vital reporting, and safety checks. We care for a variety of ages, specializing in brain injury, spinal cord, and neurological conditions, under licensed nurse supervision and in partnership with a multidisciplinary team.

Work Schedule & Benefits

We prioritize work/life balance with flexible schedules, shift lengths, and options from PRN to full-time, including weekend-only shifts. Orientation may require shifts outside your regular schedule. CNA positions start at $17/hour, up to $24/hour for experienced staff, with shift differentials, annual raises, bonuses, and benefits including 401k match, paid time off, tuition assistance, health insurance, and optional early wage access. Ask about our hiring bonus of up to $5,000, paid over 18 months, based on hours worked.
