Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our interdisciplinary team. You will provide routine daily nursing care and support patients with bathing, feeding, grooming and toileting.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a state-approved CNA program and an active CNA license. CPR certification is required or obtained during orientation; one year of skilled nursing experience is preferred.

Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
