Atrium Centers Plainwell Pines Nursing & Rehabilitation Community is seeking compassionate CNAs/STNAs to provide hands-on resident care in a small, community-focused setting. You’ll follow individualized care plans, assist with activities of daily living, and help ensure safety and dignity for residents.

Schedule & Pay Highlights

• Full Time: 2nd Shift

• Part Time: 2nd Shift

• 8-Hour Shifts (More Predictable Scheduling)

• +$3.40/hour HERO Pay

• 39-Bed Facility (Smaller, Team-Focused Environment)

What You’ll Do

• Provide hands-on resident care according to individualized care plans

• Assist with daily activities, personal care, mobility, and safety

• Follow infection control procedures and maintain a safe environment

• Take and document vitals and required charting

• Report any concerns or violations of residents’ rights immediately
