Job summary

Atrium Centers in Wisconsin is seeking dedicated CNAs to join our 87-bed facility. You will provide resident care per care plans, assist with daily living activities, monitor conditions and report changes, and uphold infection control standards.

We welcome completion of CNA/STNA certification, strong communication and reliable team players. Benefits include ESOP ownership, health coverage, PTO and tuition reimbursement, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time night shift.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed CNA/STNA in the state.
• Previous experience in long-term care is a plus.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Service-oriented with desire to learn and grow.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per individualized care plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition promptly.
• Maintain infection control and safety procedures.
• Complete documentation and vital signs accurately.
• Respect Residents’ Bill of Rights.

• Provide resident care according to individualized, approved Care Plans
• Assist with activities of daily living, personal care, and resident safety
• Observe residents and report changes in condition promptly
• Practice and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Accurately complete documentation and record-keeping, including vital signs
• Report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately
