Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide resident care in a 60-bed facility. You will work full time on day and night shifts, with 12-hour shifts, delivering high-quality, individualized care and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold current CNA license to practice.
• Completed CNA/STNA course and state license.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Service mindset and willingness to learn.
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan.
• Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care.
• Understand and practice infection control procedures.
• Comply with documentation and record-keeping policies including vitals.
• Report all violations of the Residents' Bill of Rights immediately.
