Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide resident care and assist with daily activities in a patient-centered environment. You will follow individualized care plans, monitor residents’ safety, and document vitals and care accurately.

Qualifications

• CNA/STNA license current and in good standing.
• Completion of an approved CNA/STNA training program.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Service-oriented mindset and desire to learn and grow.
• Positive, dependable attendance and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to approved, individualized care plans.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and safety needs.
• Observe and practice infection control procedures.
• Accurately document care provided, including vital signs.
• Report any violations of Residents’ Bill of Rights.
• Support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect.

What You’ll Do

• Provide resident care in accordance with approved, individualized care plans
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, personal care, and safety needs
• Observe, understand, and practice infection control procedures
• Accurately document care provided, including vital signs
• Immediately report any violations of Residents’ Bill of Rights
• Support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect

What You Bring

• Current CNA/STNA license in good standing
