Job summary

Thrive Rehabilitation of Pearland is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the Day Shift, providing direct patient care and assisting with activities of daily living to support recovery in a post-acute setting.

You will monitor vital signs, participate in care planning, document progress, and collaborate with nurses and therapists, delivering compassionate care to patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Texas.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience as a CNA in a post-acute setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses and physicians.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to licensed caregivers.
• Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Deliver exceptional patient care with compassion, empathy, and respect.
