Job summary

Paris Health And Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospital-like care environment in Arkansas. You will work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of residents in our care.

You will provide daily living assistance, monitor health status, and document observations while adhering to infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification in the state you are applying for.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to varying shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health, behavior, or condition to nursing staff.
• Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning residents.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
• Document care provided and observations in accordance with facility policies.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a positive and caring atmosphere.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
