Job summary

NHS Management, LLC is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver high-quality care to residents in a long-term care setting. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, report changes, and collaborate with nurses to support safety and comfort.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Document care provided and observations per facility policies.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a caring atmosphere.

Position Overview: Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA )

You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. You will work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of those in our care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state you are applying for
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to varying shift schedules.
• Current CPR certification is a plus.
