Job summary

Cordova-Health-and-Rehabilitation-LLC in Cordova, AL is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents. You will collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to support daily living activities and ensure residents’ safety, comfort, and well‑being in our long-term care setting.

Qualifications include Alabama CNA certification and a high school diploma or equivalent; prior long‑term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Document care and observations per facility policies.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines.

Position Overview: Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA )

You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. You will work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the comfort, safety, and well‑being of those in our care.

Required Qualifications:

1. Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state you are applying for
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Previous experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high‑quality care.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to varying shift schedules.
7. Current CPR certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
