Base pay range

$15.00/hr - $18.00/hr

We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the Panhandle, TX area to provide assistance with daily living and personal care services in the patient's home, following a physician-established care plan. This is a 1099 contract position. Shifts available: 7am-3pm, 3pm-7pm, 7pm-7am.

Responsibilities

1. Provide direct patient care in the patient's home, under RN supervision, according to the Aide Plan of Care.
2. Report changes in the patient's condition to the RN and document relevant information.
3. Maintain infection control standards, ensuring a clean, safe, environment.
4. Assist patients with light housekeeping, meal prep, proper nutrition, and hydration.
5. Communicate positively and respectfully with patients, families, and team members.
6. Assist with safe transfers and ambulation per agency policies.
7. Complete yearly education hours.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active CNA certification
• At least 1 year of direct client care experience or home health services within the last 24 months
• Current CPR certification
• Willing to undergo TB testing
• Reliable transportation
