Base Pay Range

$15.00/hr - $18.00/hr

We are looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the Fritch, TX area to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in the patient's home, in accordance with a physician-established care plan. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity. Patient's needs include 5 hours/week; Wednesdays from 10am-3pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within the patient's home, under the direction of the RN, and according to the Aide Plan of Care
• Report changes in the patient's condition to the RN/care team and document relevant information
• Practice infection control principles, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Assist patients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, proper nutrition, and adequate fluid intake
• Maintain positive, supportive, and respectful communication with patients, families, caregivers, and colleagues
• Assist with safe transfers and ambulation per agency policies
• Complete yearly education hours

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certificate
• At least 1 year of experience in direct client care or home health services within the past 24 months
• Current CPR certification
• Willingness to get TB testing
• Dependable transportation
