Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Florida CNA license required.

• Caregivers must complete our new hire orientation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct care to residents in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and life care standards.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and conversation to residents.
• Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents.
• Assist in dining, including escorting residents to the dining room, serving, and clean-up.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition and status.
• Other duties as assigned.
