Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners in Harlem, GA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate in-home care for veterans and others affected by DOE/Nuclear programs. You will perform daily living activities, offer companionship, and follow individualized care plans in patients' homes.

We value dependable, mission-driven caregivers. Full-time and part-time day shifts with alternating weekends are available; benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision coverage, EAP, and a 401(k) option.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Active GA CNA certification required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation requested.
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition, and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to care team.
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards.
