Requirements: CNA certification as per state regulations. Previous experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily resident care: personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social activities, meals
• Monitor and respond to residents' physical and emotional needs
• Document tasks: shift reports, resident records, service agreements
• Communicate clearly with staff about urgent needs and concerns
• Manage assigned tasks within scheduled shift
• Follow policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
