About the role

We are seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support our Children's Program. The position offers an hourly rate of $20.00 - $23.00 depending on experience, plus shift differential of $4.50 per hour ($5.00 for weekends).

Responsibilities

• Provide quality medical care and direct support services to medically fragile children with developmental disabilities.
• Promote development of independent and community living skills.
• Enhance the overall quality of life for children in residential homes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; certification in the Commonwealth of MA.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a CNA, with previous direct care experience.
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Valid CNA MA Certification and Driver's License required.
