Job summary

Clove Lakes Health Care and Rehabilitation Center in Staten Island, NY is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to support residents with daily living activities and participate in a collaborative care team. This 576-bed facility offers shift differentials, paid time off, medical and retirement benefits, tuition and childcare assistance, and flexible shifts (7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm).

Salary ranges from $26.02 to $28.62 per hour based on shift.

Qualifications

• CNA Certification by the State Required.
• High School Diploma or GED Preferred.
• Experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with ADLs, and work with the team to ensure appropriate resident care is provided.
• Assisting at meals.
• Following infection control and center policies.
• Measuring and recording heights and weights temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures (TPRs and B/P) as instructed.
• Reports all changes in residents’ condition to supervisor as soon as practical.
