Job summary

Williamsbridge Center in Bronx, NY is hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) for Day and Evening shifts on weekends. Competitive pay starts at $24.65 per hour, with a 10% shift differential for evenings and nights, and opportunities for daily pay through a trusted third-party provider.

As a CNA you will observe residents, report health issues to the supervising nurse, assist with hygiene, meals, and daily activities, and help maintain a clean, dignified environment while protecting resident

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Successful completion of a CNA program.
• Current CNA certification.
• In good standing with State Registry.

Responsibilities

• Observing Residents.
• Reporting health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Assisting with personal hygiene (bed bath, shaving, etc.).
• Setting up meal trays and documenting intake.
• Feeding Residents and providing nutritional supplements.
• Making beds and keeping spaces tidy.
• Transporting Residents within the Facility.
• Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores.
• Maintaining confidentiality of all data.

• Observing Residents
• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Taking care of a Resident’s personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving, etc.
• Setting up of meal trays, and documenting food/fluid intake
• Feeding Residents & serving nutritional supplements
• Making beds & keeping the Residents’ space clean and tidy
• Transporting Residents within the Facility
• Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
• Maintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work as a team member
• Successful completion of a CNA program
• Current CNA State Certification
• Must be in good standing with State Registry
