Job summary

Caton Park Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Brooklyn, NY is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for all shifts. We seek compassionate caregivers to observe residents, support daily living activities, and report changes to the supervising nurse.

As a CNA, you will help with personal hygiene, meal setup and intake documentation, feeding, mobility assistance, and keeping resident spaces clean. Walk-ins welcome and opportunities to join a friendly, dedicated team in a convenient location across

Responsibilities

• Observing residents.
• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Taking care of a resident's personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving etc.
• Setting up of meal trays, and documenting food/fluid intake.
• Feeding residents & serving nutritional supplements.
• Making beds and keeping the residents' space clean and tidy.
• Transporting residents within the facility.
• Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
• Maintaining confidentiality of all resident and facility data

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate
