Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide activities of daily living assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
• Take and record vital signs and patient information as directed.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and mobility.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents/patients.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff.
• Assist with meals and monitor intake of food and fluids.
• Provide compassionate emotional and social support.
• Follow facility policies and infection-control guidelines.
• Accurately document care provided.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals.
