WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality, hands-on care in a per diem capacity across various shifts in Arizona. You will assist residents/patients with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support the care team while maintaining dignity, safety, and comfort.

The ideal candidate is dependable, teamwork-oriented, and able to work independently.

Competenze

• Current CNA certification in New York State.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous healthcare or long-term care experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, lifting, and assisting with patient transfers.

Mansioni

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs and other patient information as directed.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and mobility.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents/patients.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff.
• Assist with meals and monitor food and fluid intake as needed.
