WorkFit Medical, LLC is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team on a per diem basis. The CNA will provide hands-on resident care, promote comfort, dignity, safety, and overall well-being across varied shifts.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, taking vital signs, transfers, mobility, documenting care, and collaborating with nurses and other staff to ensure a safe, clean environment and quality patient support.

Competenze

• Current NYS CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous healthcare or long-term care experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional.
• Ability to meet physical requirements including standing, walking, lifting and assisting with patient transfers.
