Job summary

Medstaff Group is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the day shift in New York. You will provide direct resident care, assist with daily living activities, and collaborate with nursing staff to promote safety, comfort, and dignity.

This Union position offers $19.72 per hour with a $3,500 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, mobility, meals and hydration support, accurate documentation, and ensuring a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Current New York State CNA certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, attentive, and committed to resident-centered care.
• Ability to follow care plans, instructions, and established procedures.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities
